Chef Angelena from Simply Raw Inspiration will be making some amazing salads/dressings using fun local finds from Artisan’s Palate and the contents of a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) box from Sage Mountain Farms. Showcasing the benefits of raw vegan foods. No need to heat up your kitchen! It will be simple, guilt free, satisfying, and delicious.

Most of us love snacking. In this class you’ll learn how:
*Staying away from the snack section at the grocery store will save you money and your health.
*To prepare or where to find simple bread and cracker alternatives.
*To get out of making snack jam with foods that travel well.
*The Good, The Bad and The OMG don’t eat that in the world of snacks.



Several weeks each year we hit the road and I want to come and visit you! We’ll have potlucks, play at the farmers markets, teach raw foods classes, go to town hall meetings, art openings, plays and concerts, yoga, run/walk/ride marathons and just have an all around great time.
