Making changes in our diet sometimes has us feeling as though we are missing out on our favorites. Here we’ll learn how to mock our favorite comfort foods.
In this class you will learn:
How to feel satisfied and full without filling up on fatty nuts and seeds (a usual downfall to the raw food diet)
Why feeling full feels so good (and sometimes not so good)
Tips and tricks to “clean up” our favorites.

You will learn the basics of the raw food diet, how to prepare raw foods for yourself and your family, how to cleanse the body with raw foods and how and where to shop for fresh, organic, inexpensive, raw produce.
It is a fun day spent in my kitchen. I can’t wait to be with you.
You will receive a Level 1 Chef Certification from Alissa Cohen after completing this course
You may purchase a gift certificate to be mailed to you or the recipient. You may choose from our intensive Alissa Cohen Level 1 Chef Certificate Class or a 2 hour Simple N Fresh Class. Both are offered regularly. Any questions or more info, call 760-415-6345.

Several weeks each year we hit the road and I want to come and visit you! We’ll have potlucks, play at the farmers markets, teach raw foods classes, go to town hall meetings, art openings, plays and concerts, yoga, run/walk/ride marathons and just have an all around great time.
